I'm a very happy, bubbly and compassionate person, enjoy being around others and love helping people. I became interested in caregiving once I seen how you could make a difference on some older adults that needed help or were very lonely because they had no one spending time or caring for them. I enjoy very much watching the joy in my residents eyes (at the facility I currently work for) once they see me come through the door and I start helping them thats what motivates me to keep doing what I do.
