Coordinating job and did well with it the four years I had the position..I coordinated 12 cna (am shift)8 cna (pms)I lead by example and never had an issue with anyone I worked with..I respected each and everyone and their work.i was their positive motivation and their helping hands in any thing they need or couldn't attend on time..I never had a problem with people coming to work as well as covering a shift..cause they enjoyed the work environment and the positive strong team we had..we made sure it was positive and safe for our residence and families with beautiful customer service and happy place to be for everyone..
