I use to work in daycare From ages infants to after school kids, I have encountered all kinds of behavioral children and mentally challenged children etc. when dealing with caring for the older generation it's the same but different ages. You have to have patience's and love and attention to detail and respectful. I love to converse with elderly people it gives me great joy and just being in their presence it overwhelms me. I figure if I can deal with children I can deal with adults and most time elderly people don't have any family or friends and I can be their companionship
