About Evalena

Hi There! My name is Evalena and I am in my sixth year now of caregiving and I love my job! Caregiving to me is that job where you're more excited to go to work than to sit at home!! I absolutely love what I do :). I am technically "retired" because I work from home... technically from my phone!! Since I don't have any children and have lots of time to waste during the day I want to fill that time doing something that feels like I've helped someone in need. Some background on myself, I became a certified Medical Assistant five years ago. Medical Assisting has given me an advantage for knowing and being able to take proper care of someone. I am certified in CPR, First Aid, AED and have passed a TB test. You or your loved one will always be treated with respect and will be taken very good care of. I always treat my clients as if they're family because I wish someone one day will do the same for me and my loved ones. I would love to spend my day helping you or your loved one so please send me a message I'll respond as soon as possible 😊

My name is Margaret and I am actively seeking a caregiving position. I have been with my current client for 3 1/2 years but the time has come to make a change. I am a Dementia and Alzheimer's specialist. I am experienced in Memory Care. Memory Care clients are my favorite people in all of healthcare! Though my first pick is with the Dementia and Alzheimer's clients, I have had other clients with other conditions, such as, stroke, diabetes and congested heart failure etc.. In 2011 when my ex mother in law became sick I became one of her caregivers. It was then that I realized how much I enjoyed caring for her. I do believe this is my calling. I was once offered a position as manager of a home health company. I did not think I could do that job. I was right because I need to be the caregiver not the office person. I love my job. I like everything about caregiving. I love my seniors. I love their stories and their laughter. I'm happy when they are happy. I look forward everyday to seeing my seniors. I love cooking, cleaning and fussing over my seniors, so I'm a natural at caregiving. Remember if you love what you do it's never a job. My fee starts at $25 an hour. My fee increases if the shift is split. Also would like employer to pay a share of taxes. I am currently working for $24 an hour but I am not so sure that after 36.5 months it's working. So money is not the deciding factor for me. If you are looking for an experienced Alzheimer and or Dementia CNA , I could be the one!
