I became a caregiver because I know how important it is to anybody (especially seniors) to get help with love, compassion and trust included. Anyone who I'm taking care of isn't "just a client". I look at my job as an opportunity to show my clients that they are loved, very important, even precious because they really are. I provide non-medical services as companionship, caregiving ( personal hygiene, assistance with bathing), cooking, light housekeeping, running errands (grocery shopping, appointments). And I feel it's worthy to make life of someone who would think sometime "nobody needs me anymore just because I'm old" happy life, full of joy and if they want: fun too! Started working with private client in 2008, worked with many home care agencies in 2014-present. I've graduated from college ( CNA program) in 2014 and became licensed CNA. Was working in Saratoga Retirement community as CNA (2016-2017), SunnyView Retirement Community( Assisted Living and Memory Care unit as well),and looking to get some more hours to work with private client. I've got a great experience helping clients with Dementia and Alzheimer, it's very rewarding to see a positive influence at someone's life . To care wholeheartedly is my priority.
