I became a caregiver in 1997 as a CNA. I have loved it ever since. I have worked in facilities with confused clients and in hospitals in all departments as I was part of the float pool. I took 10 years off to be a stay at home mom. In 2014 I returned back to work as a caregiver. I love the one to one I get being able to help clients in their homes. Being able to help others gives me a sense of pride and gratitude.
