I have been a caregiver 18 years and completely love my job. I have worked in a few facilities as a(cna) but I love to provide care in home working one on one with my client. I take pride in going that extra mile to make my client and there family happy. I have a very flexible schedule which opens me to varies shifts . I'm filled with great joy when taking care of others, we can never imagine what life may bring or when we may need to be cared for ourselves. I was caregiver for 24years. All those years it's my independence years . I worked at the hospital, state licensed home, private home caregiver. I am extremely dependable and a hard worker. I have 2, 5 years of experience working with Dementia/Alzheimer's and lime disease, 10 years with Parkinson's disease patients in a facility setting (private homes too). My responsibilities assisting person with all activities of daily living, light housekeeping duties, cooking, feeding, bathing-dressing, companionship, transportation, errands-shopping, medication prompting....

I have been a senior companion for over 10 years. When I work with seniors, I take it very personal to see them satisfied and happy. I tune in with their personalities and preferences, and adjust our activities according to what they enjoy, what empowers them and what keeps their emotional, mental and health condition as good as possible. I am flexible, and adjust easily to what my clients need. I become their best friend and feel like a family. We have fun, stay safe and healthy. Caring for an elder person is a very personal business and their quality of life and health depend on it. I saved lives, made lives better and always have my client's best in heart. My career as a senior companion happened very naturally and holistically. It didn't start as a career but as a neighbor helping neighbor and friend helping friend. Helping "straight from my heart", with my natural tendency to be there for people in need, became a profession as a natural progression of what I love to do and what I am good at. So far all my clients have been very happy with my service and I am looking forward to helping you.

Caregiving is my passion it all started when I was a kid all in just wanting to fix my grandfather who had dementia and PTS . I looked after him until I finished school . As so my mom took over and I went to Cali to take on my dream full time .. I have worked with asl patients , Quadriplegic , dementia, Alzheimer's, mental health as well as kids . I started off with independent care and later moving on to facilities as well as obtaining my med tech . Later on had to go back to take care of my grandfather and mom who recently passed away now I take care of my mom and moved her out to live with me in Escondido . Now I really would like to get back to independent care one on one. I love getting to know my client and all of there values in life it will forever be my passion. Last COVID test 6/15/24

I specialize in working with ambulatory victims of some form or stage of dementia/Alzheimer's or other mental illness. Also, I make a good companion for those who can no longer drive. And since I am an animal lover, I will readily care for any kind of pets as well. I bacame a caregiver because I like to help people and also to meet new people. You learn something new everyday. I like that you get to spend one on one time with a person and to get to know them more. I enjoy what I do, I am also cpr/first aid certified and recently bcame a DSP.
