Nights making sure my client can use bathroom safely during nights

1. Prepare and maintain records of client progress and services preformed, reporting changes in client condition to care team coordinator. 2. Perform housekeeping duties, such as cooking, cleaning, washing clothes, or dishes, or running errands. 3. Transport clients to locations outside of the home, such as to physicians office or on outings, using a motor vehicle. 4. Administer bedside or personal care, such as ambulation or personal hygiene assistance. 5. Provide patients with help moving in and out of beds, baths, wheelchairs, or vehicles and with dressing and grooming. 6. Slide board transfers, Catheter care, Hoyer lift transfers. 7. Entertain, converse with, or read aloud to patients to keep them mentally healthy and alert. 8. Perform a variety of duties as requested by the client or family members. 9. Dementia and or alzheimers care. 10. Direct patients in simple prescribed exercises 11. Plan, purchase, prepare, or serve meals to patients according to prescribed diets. 12. Plan, shop for, prepare nutritious meals, or assist families in planning shopping for nutritious meals. 13. Care for patients by changing bed linens ensure being clean
