Welcome to my Carelinx profile. My name is Paula , After 2 years of living in Las Vegas NV. I decided to return to California . I am a seasoned caregiver working in healthcare for 27+ years , caring for people is a passion of mine, I also worked in Mental Health and Hospice . For the past 15/16 years I've worked as a caregiver, homecare and home hospice care, I am also registered with IHSS. My past and present duties/ experiences as a caregiver are such as these but not limited , Dementia/Alzheimer, Tube Feeding, Vitals , Compainoin Care, Catherter Care, Colostomy Care, Meal Prep/ Special Diet, Diabetes ,ALS , Vitals , Bed Ridden Patients , Cancer Patients, Terminally Diagnosis, Doctor Appointments, Wound Care, Medication Reminders, Medication Management , Showering/BedBath, Stroke Patients, charting etc.. Hourly rate: $20-$25 /hour . My goal as a Caregiver is to provide a tailored needed service to each individual client . I am Covid-19 vaccinated I have taken TWO-STEP Tuberculin skin test with negative results . PCA , CPR & FIRST AID CERTIFIED. Certificates: CONNECTING THROUGH CARES , HOSPICE 101 . I have a strong ability to empathize with others. Not only because Im a compassionate person but because I know what its like to need a helping hand or an ear to listen even another heart to care. I am a Cancer survivor and single mom of a beautiful little girl who is now 8. Im blessed to be here so Im sharing my favor to be a blessing to someone else. Im a free loving and open spirited person, mother, sister, friend, child, and professional. I love people I love learning new things and have a huge appreciation for the quality of life in everyone. Im recently relocated back home here in Sacramento California and Im excited and ready to be a helping hand.
