I am very interested in taking care of people with disabilities or people who just need light assistance and compassion in their daily life. I have 2 little sisters (1) is moderately autistic and (2) she is delayed due her being born with her heart on the wrong side and had to go through major surgery over at children's hospital in Los Angeles, Ca. She was in there for about # whole months and I was very saddened by this because I never had a family member go through this kind of medical procedure. Every since then which was back in 1998 I have been very interested in helping people with special needs. I experienced some tough days and some good days due to the fact we had to feed her through a tube for her to survive daily 3 times a day with pediasure supplements and make sure she had certain medicines and antibiotics given to her as needed. I am happy and overjoyed to help people with medical conditions and would like to make a difference in their daily lives. I also think it is important to work with people with a variety of needs for the experience and opportunity to make people feel good about any obstacle or situation they are in. I love people and hope to work with many more who need that special guidance or compassion.
