I became a caregiver because I enjoy taking care of people I take pride in my work The ability to make someone smile. I like being a caregiver because I like helping and caring for someone That cannot do for themselves. Helping a person that never left their home to getting them out to be active in creative writing bridge games socialization groups that was my greatest achievement. I'm divorced I have 3 grown sons I have beautiful grandchildren . I always wanted to help people I enjoyed spending time with my grandparents I enjoyed helping them so I thought I should make it a profession I became a certified nurse assistant worked in a hospital environment worked in a nursing home my last two jobs were caregiving in the home one was live in for 5 years I was her companion friend and caregiver for all her personal needs I really learned a lot got enjoyment out of my job I'm responsible reliable compassionate trustworthy honest a good listener shows empathy energetic a good cook hobbies like to read swim go to movies watch my reality tv shows I am I believe a great caregiver.
