Hello, my name is Anjelica, although, some like to call me Anjel for short! I have been told that I have a warm energy that is very welcoming. Listening to my patient's needs and wants is extremely important to my work ethic as well as ensuring safety and providing expert care. I have never aspired to be anything other than a Nurse! Nursing is a passion that I put a great amount of effort into. After losing my father to Covid-19 in 2020, I feel an even greater pull towards caring for those in need of great nursing care or just a hand to hold in times of grief. A personal achievement I am proud of was being presented with the Care Champion Award of College Vista Post-Acute skilled nursing facility. The Covid-19 pandemic was a dark time for everyone, but nursing is what I do best. It feels amazing to be appreciated for the care that I give to my patients! I will continue to work tirelessly and provide the best nursing care possible.
