Core Responsibilities: This position provides for a high level of customer service to residents, team members and families. This is accomplished through promoting Westmont Living's Service Promise and Service Standards. This position is responsible for managing and overseeing the daily operations of the Culinary Department, including the kitchen and dining room areas, while controlling expenses and maintaining resident satisfaction. Inventory and Invoice Control The Culinary Director is responsible for monitoring all inventory and staying within budgetary guidelines. Managing Team Members The Culinary Director is responsible for scheduling, supervisor and training all culinary department team members. Safe Food Handling and Sanitation The Culinary Director is responsible for ensuring that safe food handling and sanitation is followed in the kitchen and dining room. Production The Culinary Director is responsible for ensuring that meals are prepared and served meeting all dietary requirements. . Customer Service The Culinary Director is responsible for ensuring resident satisfaction and providing excellent customer service.
