From nurse aid , medical records, front office staff , surgical scheduler, and certified ophthalmic assistant. My farther was an amputee and my mom had dementia. I cared for them both at home until they moved to assisted living and eventually skilled nursing. I know how to navigate and fight for the proper care of your loved ones within the healthcare system.
