What make me a great care giver is that I truly love helping people see that they still have some independence and offering the care that it take to always make today better than yesterday for them because I truly do care about the quality of life for everyone, I became a care giver because I witnessed my sister in a situation that she needed care and it was just adequate and she was never happy and felt that she had no value, I took over and change her routine and she was back to being the happy smiley person that I knew, . My personal achievement that I'm most proud of is when a friend/coworker of my daughter had suddenly found herself taking care of 5 grandchildren that she did not want the responsible for and after their mother passed away she found herself with 5 additional children out side of her own three, she wanted them placed in the system and they were going to be separated and I just couldn't see that happen to them so I stepped in and was awarded custody of the five and stood by them and daily had reports from their teachers on how much of a positive change they had and they now had structure and they truly did love me and as well I them, it is most memorable to me because the ages were 03,06, 07, 09, and 13 years of age, The tree year old had school at home with Dora and had to participate with all the activity's with the program, he wanted to go to school so he was up and dressed with everyone else and after we walked the siblings to school then his
