I am a happy, healthy, compassionate, loyal, patient, loving person who found my caregiver calling late in life. I am 66 years old and have been doing this for a little over 12 years and love what I do. I started when a couple different neighbors of mine were ill and didn't have any family to help them. I had my CPR CERT so I said why not and when they were doing better I decided to make this my work. (Experience through: IHSS, CARE.COM, CARELINX & CAMBRIAN HOME CARE) The first client I had was in very bad shape when I met him, diabetes, renal failure, heart failure, living on his own, not keeping up with his meds or taking his insulin properly. I called his Dr. got him on a med schedule and with the right food, TLC and exercise he did quite well. Since then I have had several different clients, one was on hospice and others I took to Dr appts., med Mgmt. , meal prep, errands and companionship. I'm looking now because one of my clients I had been caring for since 2015, unfortunately she passed away early November. I enjoy my work and I work very hard! Thank you so much, Cindy

My name is Maria, i am 30 yrs old. I have been a caregiver for the past 5 yrs. Since ive started my career as a caregiver, i fell in love with my job. I couldn't of asked for more. I love everything about it such as caring for people, meeting knew people, and anything that has to do with helping others. I love to make my clients happy no matter the situation they are going through. I like to be creative and outgoing. Im a person you can trust and will do anything i can to accommodate my client. I have worked with clients that are bed ridden as well as, dementia, alzheimers, and Parkinsons.
