Hi,my name is Linna and I have been privileged to provide care for the elderly for 27 years.I started this humbling journey as a CNA in medical facility and have been able to branch out into other work environments.I have worked in medical facilities,hospitals,with agencies,and with families.This allowed me to gain various skills and gain a board perspective in care-giving situation and settings.I was able to learn,gain,and provide skills in alzheimer care,skilled living,mental health,assistant living,and private care duty.the most rewarding position is when I am to provide private care. I believe private care giving helps facilitate a one-on-one relationship,personally and professional,and I am able to utilize and mold my skills specifically to my client's need. this, I believe,provides the most optimal care for the client and their family,as much as experience and skills are important.the greatest factor in being a great care giver is providing patience,understanding,dedication,and compassion to their client and family.I believe finding the right caregiver for you or you love one is significant and I hope we can be a good fit.
