I have been a caregiver for 15+ years presently and I am very proud of my work that I do, as well as making a difference in the lives and comfort of my clients both past and present. I am a mother of 3. Caring for others has ALWAYS been in my soul. I cared for my grandparents as a child just trying to help and be around them. I have been a care giver since I was 15 I love working with the elderly or even the young who just need some help. I am reliable, compassionate and understanding. Hourly rate starts at: $35 hour - $40 = hourly shift Liv in rate (24/7) starts from $22.50-$25 per hour, based on client's mobility and care. Friendly and very compassionate of taking care of the elderly. Very loving and understanding. I am passionate of making your loved one/s comfortable as possible as they can be, respecting and ensuring their rights are upheld in the comfort of their own home. I become a caregiver because I enjoy taking care of elderlies. It is satisfying to see them happy and enjoying life with the loving care I give. I like to bring change to a family - a change that sees improvement from the day I first arrive. I had been a Caregiver for the last 11 years and had worked privately as well as through agencies. Have worked in private homes, facilities and retirement centers. I had cared for clients with different backgrounds and cases of Alzheimer/dementia the most.

I am a compassionate caregiver who enjoys helping others. I came into caregiving when a family member became very ill. I am so proud I was able to care for her and provide appropriate amounts of support and comfort until she finally passed away. That experience deepened my compassion for others and a desire to help others live more independent lives.

I am from the island so I grew up caring for my grandparents and younger siblings. So it's what I have been doing and use to doing now that I am an adult I do still help to care for my parents grandparents and also my own kids it's in me I do have patience and I love caring for anyone that needs the help just makes me feel good knowing they need my help. I started working caregiver when my mom and aunties would need a reliver someone to cover for there private caregiver jobs so I would fill in for hours or a day or even live in for few days as we all know it's a hard thing to do dedicating ur time and help when u have ur own families so it does take a village like they say u can't do it alone. Than I got my own private caregiver job I started working only weekends live this client had a colostomy bag also dementia and Alzheimer's so she really need the care around the clock I would help with her meals medication reminders also driving her to appointments and doing groceries for her and light house keeping I worked for this one client for 14 years straight it went from only weekends adding the week nights to the whole 24 hour 7 days a week. I would get my mom and cousins to relieve me when I would go on vacation or have time off but I was the main caregiver. I do still keep in contact with the family for reference cause it's hard to find private caregiver jobs.
