I am a professional with a Bachelors in Psychology, a Masters in Counseling, and I am a Certified Nursing Assistant. I am currently in an LVN program and my goal is to become a Nurse Practitioner. I was drawn to healthcare because during the pandemic last year, I had to have a major surgery while living in Atlanta, GA. Given the travel restrictions due to COVID, none of my family and friends could come and be with me. The nursing staff to include my CNA's were so amazing and kind and I became inspired to seek to be to other people what they were to me during a very challenging time in my life.
