I began my caregiving career as a skilled CNA in a nursing home at the Care Center in Oakdale. Once I perfected my skills and with the proper work-methods, I resumed my work ethics at Oak Valley Hospital in the Rehabilitation Center; and was promoted by The Director of Nursing to a RNA position ( Restorative Nursing Assistant) working directly with professionals such as PT, PTA, Speech Specialists, RNs and Doctors. It was my absolute pleasure to see my patients regain their health and return home to loved ones. With my acquired experience and knowledge, great compassion and kindness, I became an independent caregiver and have worked as a private caregiver for over 15 yrs. I love what I do. I have met many wonderful clients and family loved ones; and graciously, I have received many letters of recognition. Through my caregiving process, I have worked diligently along side Hospice, applying my nursing skills to bring comfort to dying patients. My goal is to bring a quality of life to my clients with much joy and with a compassion filled with gentle kindness. Well naturally I have a great personality and I'm very social what helped me be a great care provider it's making sure that I continue to be myself at all times so the family knows exactly to get to know the care provider What attracted me to being a care provider is taking care of my grandmother helping her comb her hair and she loves cooking well the personal achievements I am proud of is that I have five certificates under my belt I've been with Home Instead Senior Care for 7 years being with IHSS for 4 years and kindly care for 4 years and also work now with home care assistance I'm proud of the fact that no matter what I'll try my best to do what I can to make sure that the client improves on their health whatever that may be
