As a Caregiver It is essential that a great caregiver feel the desire to want to help. And the qualities of being patience to the situation, loyal to the patient and reliable to the responsibility. By showing both empathy and compassion, a caregiver will let the person know that they care about them. I want to be a caregiver because I enjoy working with people and enjoy jobs where you have one-on-one interaction with others. I enjoyed taking care of elder family members and would like to help others in this way. and also feel the satisfaction if i know that i satisfied my clients with their needs. the most rewarding thing about being a caregiver, I think just meeting peoples' needs. Sometimes it's not a glamorous job but you leave and the people feel like they have been treated with dignity. Their needs are met, they're comfortable or as comfortable as you can help them become. and make sure that you satisfy their needs.
