Morning Star at Dayton Place

I was one of the lead QMAP for evening shift. I also worked mornings and nights. I helped perpare for meals and cleaned dishes after all meals, I cleaned the dinning room, living room, and all residents rooms everyday at least three times a day. I passed meds and felt with hospice patients. I only ever had to deal with one Med Cart here but I had 16-12 patients with only one other caregiver to help.

I was lead QMAP night shift for brook dale Parkplace in dementia unit. I worked 12-16 hour shifts 4-5 days a week with overtime. I helped cover shifts in the assistant living department and covered for the front desk also. I took care of four Med Carts at night and have experience handling with hospice patients. I helped perpare for meals and did laundry every night for all patients. I've know how to deal with doctors and nurses for my patients and got along extremely well with my patients and their family's.
