Hello, I would like to introduce myself as a candidate for your Caregiver position. As a highly empathetic and caring individual with extensive experience in the caregiving field, I am confident that I can succeed as your Caregiver. During my tenure as a senior caregiver, I provided home health care for an elderly man with Parkinson's Disease and Lewy body dementia. My responsibilities included: light housework, enrichment activities, keeping patient active, preparing meals, reading to patient, helping them around the house, providing companionship, keeping track of appointments, driving to and from appointments, distributing medication, and feeding my patient. I am very passionate about the well-being of the individuals I care for. I believe that children, seniors, and individuals with disabilities are important, full of wisdom and joy, and that they need to be cared for and protected. I have outstanding time management skills with the ability to multi-task to take care of all required duties. I also have a valid driver's license with a perfect driving record, so I would happily run errands, shop, and take the patients to and from doctor visits and appointments.
