I am a qualified medication administration personal as well as a caregiver. I provide assistance with daily ADL's, create a fun but professional environment. I'm a very organized, determined, and strong individual. I began my journey of health care when I was 16 taking care of my grandmother with COPD. As she passed, my granddad's dementia was triggered and I began taking care of him. He then was diagnosed with Parkinson's. Ever since then I had a spark to care for anybody and everybody that I can leave a bit of my footprints in their heart to strive through life.

Document administration details or progress notes through PointClick Care. First to contact and report to during an incident/fall that may occur while nursing is off duty. Print and copy necessary documents for AMR/doctor appointments/Diagnostic services. Abide by HIPAA and OSHA guidelines and regulations. Utilize proper PPE during topical/optical medications as well as bio hazard and contract precautions. Assist care staff as needed.

Hello, I'm Nicole and I was raised In Germany and Denmark before moving to the USA with my mom in ...well a long time ago. Growing up in a diverse social service worker household, where my Summers and all my school breaks were spent in camps and day cares with kids/adults with special needs, I never considered a career in anything BUT taking care of others. I remember my Great grandma going through the stages of Alzheimers and not fully understanding this, but feeling that she needed lots of love. While so many people are unhappy about their employment I feel blessed to have mine. I'm happy to say that I love doing what I do and I get to do it 24/7It is not a job to me it is my life, my history and my future. I am a highly energetic woman and I love to bring joy to others. At the same time, I'm patient and compassionate and I respect that everyone's situation is unique and needs to be treated as such. I spent nearly 20 years in case management and I came to realize how much I missed Direct Care, especially after taking care of my daughter.
