My experience working with urban youth started when I'm in Morocco, I have worked primarily with 1st grade to 5th grade ( school les lavandes); I taught them how to use the computer, how to use some software, and the part of the computer, Having basic computer knowledge and skills ...... Working with such young children allows me to have a productive impact on their cognitive development. I'm so happy because I was exposed to the environment of children. When I came to USA I worked at Muslim society I taught Arabic languages, and basic of Islamic study, I was exposed to lifestyles of children from different nationalities and different age. I saw how a child struggled to learn new languages that never exposed to but by giving them the comfort they need and love ,passion, and build positive relation ship the success is coming for certain .

Worked in chemistry department of SCL Health GOOD SAMARITAN Lab as intern. I have worked on GEM premier 5000 analyzer, vista 500 analyzer, Vidas 3 analyzer, AIA 360, advanced instruments micro osmometer, performing test like: CMP, creatine, calcium, total protein, Albumin, Total bilirubin, ALT, AST, PH, Pco2, Po2, Na, k, cl, glucose, lactic, temp, humidity, Bias (THB), o2 hb, blood gas, HCO3, Hct, Qc osmolality blood and urine, PTH, Troponin, PCT.... I performed daily maintenance, monitored and record quality control, change reagent, performed calibration and evaluated results. During specimen processing, appropriately distributed specimen in a timely manner, recognized acceptable, used manual methodology, make precise dilution where necessary and performed appropriate control. In Hematology department I have worked in the instrument Stago, I performed daily maintenance, quality control, automated CBC, manual differentials, manual retic count, sedimentation rate. In urinalysis I have worked in the instrument IQ200 series urine microscopy analyzer, Vista 500, I performed complete urinalysis profile including urine test strip chemistry panel and microscopic sediment analysis, cast and crystal identification. In coagulation I have worked in the instrument Stago, I performed PT/ INR and PTT, Fibrinogen, Unfractionated heparin, D-dimer. Body fluid: Body fluid analysis, Performing Manual differential slide, Run QC, Platelet count, Media Preparation

During blood bunk internship I performed ABO typing; Rh typing; Weak D; Antibody screen, Antibody identification, Indirect Antiglobulin test, direct Antiglobulin test. During microbiology internship, prepared smears of various organisms, gram stain and record the results.
