Set up iPads with digital time cards for the foreman, and helped with any questions the foreman had. Handed out insurance paperwork when employees were eligible. Filed hard copies and scanned digital copies of important paperwork like, all employee paperwork, account payables, receipts, job bids, payroll discrepancies, original copies of federal withholdings.

Offer operational and clerical support to Physical Therapists. Responsibilities include checking patient data, updating records, helping patients perform exercises, implementing treatment plans, providing ultrasounds, soft tissue massages, and keeping the work environment safe,organized and cleaned.
