I also will go out of my way to do things for my residents such requests that other staff wont consider doing. I have work with clients since 1995. I took care of my mother and father. After their passing i decided to go to school to become CNA. I really enjoy getting the resident to open up and talk about their past. I have found that a lot of residents have very interesting stories.
