I became a Respiratory therapist when my mom was diagnosed with COPD. I am blessed that I love what I do and changing patient's lives. I do not give up where others have and been part of miraculous results. One example is a MSD patient, long-term ventilator dependent of Assist Control being off vent during the day and out of bed. The medical director said it was impossible but earned trust for all future recommendations. I have improved compliance from 45% to 95 % with therapy. My friendly outgoing personality puts patients at ease which is vital in successful outcomes. I am passionate, determined, creative, loyal, reliable, positive and get along with all ages and from all backgrounds. I have treated patients with respect, empathy and honesty as I would expect for myself. OBJECTIVE I am seeking a challenging and rewarding position where I have the opportunity to provide rehabilitative and educational services in conjunction with high quality patient care.
