I became a caregiver after volunteering at a assisted living facility as an activities assistant. I am genuienly passionate about making a difference in the lives of the older generation. What I love most about being a caregiver is the ability to add value to my clients lives. The Elderly at times are neglected and not loved, my hope is, to touch each of my clients in a special way and remind them they are still very important, in our communities and give enough confidence to work towards gaining their independence or to be content with the life they've lived. I understand that everyone have unique needs and every person needs individualized plans of care. I am very outgoing and self-assured, my work is my brand and I strive to shed positive light on it no matter where i go and what I do.
