I am a great caregiver because I sincerely enjoying working with elderly people, and people with disabilities. I am very passionate, and committed about what I do, as I feel the importance to treat seniors, the way I will one day want to be treated. Also, letting them have as much of their independence, as long as they can, with proper supervision. I enjoy learning from the seniors I have been with, talking with them, and hearing their stories. Many of times, its never been a dull moment. I know the importance of a senior keeping their independence for as long as they can. Also, it's important to maintain their confidentiality, and be aware of their rights. I became a caregiver when I started taking care of an elderly great aunt. I love what I do.
