I became a caregiver because I have experienced family members and close friends that went through difficult and painful illnesses. I saw a need for a person who could advocate as well as be there in a loving, compassionate, and dedicated way. I also had friends who were going through the same experience with their loved ones. I am very thankful for the 13 years experience I have had. In these years I have learned the necessities and responsibilities it takes to be a quality caregiver who is loyal and highly regards the client's integrity, safety, well being, and comfort. I believe in helping a person to remain independent as long as they are capable. I am very knowledgeable in multiple levels of care giving including Alzheimer/ Dementia, Cancer, COPD, Parkinson's, Stroke, Heart Attack. I have a level 2 background check through AHCA. I am drug free and smoke free, good with pets and enjoy cooking.
