Because I know sometimes families place them in homes an never have time for them. I became a caregiver because I know some day my parents will need the same help and I wouldn't want to put them in a home when I can do the job myself. I am proud of my achievements over the years of caretaking, I've meet some awesome elderly people an also have lost some. They've taught me some life lessons that I still use today .
