What makes me a good care giver is that I get to meet everyone's expectations on there ADLS, and that I am able to be there for people and that they are able to confine in me with everything they need. I also have taken care of my Grandfather who had Dementia and lung cancer for 6 years, and I know one day hopefully somebody will take very good care of me the way I have taken care of people in my life. This job is very rewarding knowing that when I am there with my resident that I know they are taken care of properly and I know that I can lay down at night knowing that the person I have taken care of is happy and especially the rest of the family. I have been in the medical field for 8 years, and I love my job. I am a certified CNA, am also CPR. I am very reliable and very dependable.
