I worked as a pca agent at Sykes enterprise , my role started off as a PCA 1 where I would warm transfer to a PCA 2 if it was something that I couldn't handle. As a PCA 1 I was taking inbound and making outbound calls to patients who was enrolled in express scripts. I would stop a prescription, renew a prescription and as well stop a prescription, I also would do little things such as update a address, or send the medication to a temporary address. I then became a PCA 2, the work was exactly similar to a PCA 1 I was just more experienced with more information than pervious. As a PCA 2 I was able to provide benefit coverage to the customers and I was trained to also cold transfer if needed.
