Hello, My name is Nia Franks and I am currently in school to become a RN (Nurse). I would describe myself as someone who is very bubbly, kind-hearted, and personable. I enjoy caregiving and have done both caregiving and being a medication provider. I pride myself in creating relationships with my residents and seeing beyond their illnesses. I enjoy the relationships, stories, and wisdom they share with me. I feel as though if I did not create these bonds with many of my residents, my purpose would be lost. I have realized throughout my three year career, that the compliments, acknowledgment, and appreciation from my residents family members are one of the biggest accomplishments thus far. Personally, an achievement I am proud of is making the deans lists in 2024.
