I was 14 years old when my grandfather became very sick. He became hospic And the hospital told us it was nothing else they can do for him. When he came home. He needed Asstaints with bathing, toileting, grooming, transfering, and much more. Also my grandmother became ill and i had to do the same thing over again. The reason i like being a caregiver because i love to see a smile on seniors face. Seeing my elders smile while they sick let me know im doing something right. At the age of 19 I went to school for Personal Care Assistant and became certified threw the state of Georgia. I currently have my CPR card and my certification.
