Assist elderly wards with bathing, dressing, grooming and toileting Perform light housekeeping duties such as cleaning, dishwashing and laundry Plan and prepare meals according to specific diet plans and assist in partaking of meals Run errands; pay bills and perform shopping Remind elderly wards about their medication and administer medication when requested Take and record vitals such as body temperature and blood pressure Provide companionship and conversation in a bid to keep elderly wards occupied and contented Assist clients with walking, light exercise and physical therapy Accompany wards to doctors' appointments and support them during medical procedures Observe wards to determine any changes in behavior and report to family or associated doctor Ensure the quality of life of senior wards by contributing to positive living environments Report any significant changes in the wards' needs and preferences Engage wards in physical and mental exercises and provide companionship during outdoor activities Assist elderly clients in and out of beds and to their desired place in and around the house or facility Provide emotional support to distressed wards intending to encourage them to live positively

Oversee all staffing needs and operations of the company Liaise with recruiting agencies to fill vacancies in a timely manner Support candidate screening and hiring processes Facilitate procedures after hiring regarding employee relocation, legal documents etc. Assist in preparation and execution of orientation and training plans Develop work schedules by allocating employees in shifts and positions Assume responsibility for timekeeping and time off requests Collaborate with payroll to ensure correct employee compensation Ensure compliance with internal and external policies and regulations Prepare and submit reports on staffing operations
