As a current caregiver for Wilson I offer assistance throughout my clients' homes all over Oahu. My day to day responsibilities include (but are not limited to) wound care, dressing changes, vent care, G-tube feeding, catheter insertion, injections, and pain management. My Home care duties also include but are not limited to personal care, companionship, running errands, assisting with the activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, transferring, range of motion exercises, assisting ambulation with wheelchair, walker, or cane, incontinence care, toileting, taking vital signs, housekeeping, meal preparation, and daily paperwork/charting.

During my time as a laborer, we were able to get a contract with Kalaeloa Coast Guard Naval Base to tear up old asphalt runways and lay new structured ones. In this time we were able to break down concrete slabs using heavy machinery while also working with Grace Pacific to maneuver around certain aircrafts on the base. My position also allowed me to make sure certain protocols were followed before any truck, machinery or driver was allowed on the base. I needed to make sure everyone has clearance.

My duties include overseeing morning and evening shifts and ensuring our home shoppers have everything in order before they head out to start picking. The process includes preparing prep and pick lists that are printed and delivered to each department. Also making sure delivery manifests are printed before the drivers report to work. Additional duties include plugging in refrigerated trucks and making sure all maintenance is performed to protect against vehicle failure. Clerical and communication skills required include sending emails and speaking to customers when there are any issues regarding their order. Ultimately making sure the customer's experience is a good one. Recently I stepped up in my department by taking responsibility for the details I outlined above which resulted on April 10, 2017 in a promotion to Department Manager.I was also able to make sure my department was full stocked at the end of every shift, make sure everything was working properly to function for the job. My duties also included inventory functions as receiving, verifying and signing off on equipment coming in and going out, handling mail and customers personal information while filing them accordingly, Answering customer service issues while taking payments over the phone, conducting department schedules.
