Hello my name is Tavia and I have been a Caregiver since 1998. I became a CNA because back in High School I went to various nursing homes and hospitals to volunteer to help the elderly and I enjoyed it. I love making a difference and treating people how I want to be treated. What I like most is building relationships and giving my client a great experience. A personal achievement I am proud is being a successful CNA and becoming a advocate for seniors. I am a great CNA with lots of energy and great communication with tons of CNA background. Some qualities I have are I am customer service focused,I know how to talk to others, and love to make others smile. I am very reliable,respectful,calm,patience,and empathy.I have a passion for this field and many more qualities that you and your loved one will love about me. I currently work at Morris View Nursing Home.

I have over 20 experience ,provided nursing care to outpatients ,handled all responsibilities of a CNA , became widely respected because of skills in delivering quality patient care with a cheerful and outgoing personality.

* my personality traits would have to be that I'm always happy . I walk into any clients home with a great and positive mindset just to keep them happy and going . * Being able to help the elderly is what attracted me to being a caregiver I took care of my grandma and noticed I loved doing it so I wanted to help out more . I wanted to be able to treat every elderly the way I treated my grandmother because it made her smile and happy . * I enjoy being around the clients most because I get to make their days go by easier I get to help them so they don't have to frustrate their selves . I grow bonds with them so they know they genuinely have somebody who cares and that's what I enjoy . * A Personal achievement I'm proud of is stepping forward to help the elderly in any way possible .

I've been a pca for 12 years Phlobotomist since 2018 Medical assistant since 2019 A lot of background I enjoy doing home care n hospital care for people because my grandparents didn't get the care that they where supposed to so now i try to do the same

1. I became a care giver after my grand mother died, and I automatically connected to others 2. The reason I like being a care giver is all about the connection I have with humanity. 3. I have been a care giver for 20 years , my licence has never been suspended or revoked, I never get any complaint. To me I fell like this is one of the achievements in my career. I am a strong, hard working mother of four children. I am very independent as well as multi-tasked. I love helping and caring for others.

I have been working as a registered nurse for over 25 years with patients across the lifespan. I have excellent medical surgical knowledge and a great Personality. I love people and like to laugh.

Because being a humanitarian like I am I cannot stand to see human suffering, therefore I believed if I became a caregiver I could help relieve some of it. What I like about being a caregiver is helping my patients to achieve what they may have believed that they could have not achieved with out my help, and then helping them to produce a big smile on their face when the achievement has been realized. A personal achievement or achievements that I am proud of is the fact that I have been a certified nurses assistant for well over twenty years, and I am also a certified home health aide, also the fact that I am pursuing a BA degree in health care management and I achieved 54 credits. I am dependable, punctual, and in my opinion I give quality patient care, and I am a sports lover.

What attracted me into being a caregiver is that I love working with & taking care of others. I enjoy most about being a caregiver is I love when I am able to make a difference in someone's life everyday.
