The last 6 years I have been a caregiver to a disabled man thru DORS. Duties included medication reminders, cooking, cleaning, bathroom help, laundry, running errands, grocery shop, appointment reminders, and helping with bill paying. Before that, I took care a another disabled elderly man until his family put him in Hospice. I like being a caregiver because I love helping people, I like learning about others lives and history. Taking care of others has always been my passion. I am available Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and I do have my own car.
