Hello my name is Sarah. I have been doing home care for 20 yrs . I truly adore helping others. I have worked with many different people in the past 16 yrs. My jobs have consisted of bathing (personal care), meal preparation, transferring client With gait belt, trach care, hospice care, shopping, administering medications, companionship, exercise, cancer care and etc. I am highly experienced in working with people that struggle with Dementia/ Alzheimer's. I have handled many complex situations. Many of my clients have required high level care. I have enjoyed every single person I have worked with. They all are special in their own way. I started as an Activities Coordinator at a Memory Care community and then advanced to become a Sales Counselor at an Assisted Living/Memory Care Community. I have a passion for serving seniors and especially love working with those who have neurological disease states such as Dementia or Alzheimer's. I paid (out-of-pocket) for "Core" Training to become an Executive Director at a Senior Living Community. I am looking for a part time opportunity and one that is somewhat flexible to supplement my income. I can provide reliable references as a testament to my dedication to serve the senior population! Before I discovered my passion, I was a marketing executive for 20 years.
