Good Communication: I communicates effectively and clearly with the person they are caring for, as well as with other caregivers, family members, and healthcare professionals. This may include knowledge of medical conditions, medication management, and other specialized skills depending on the needs of the person they are caring for. I have been a Certified Nursing Assistant for 24 years . I started as a DSP in 1996 then I went on to school to be a Certified Nursing Assistant. I work @ Memorial Hospital then I went on to work in long term facilities, Rehab, private duty, Respite care. I enjoy working with ppl especially the elderly. I enjoy listening to their stories and their past. I am a caring person and loving as well. I am dependable too.
