My name is Javona Hines , I am 39 yrs young. I have 3 children all boys 23,21,6. I always have had a passion for care giving. When I was a teenager my grandmother was ill and my parents refused to send her to a nursing home so of course we couldn't have that. My granny made me realize its about how big your heart is and respect for your elders whether there happy , sad or ill.     When I first became a caregiver I saw it as a opportunity to make money, but as I started to meet all of the patient and see how fun it was to take care of them and get to know them it became a joy to get up and go to work everyday. I like getting to know people and their family from all walks of life everybody got different preference due to their backgrounds it a challenge. I am proud when I leave each patient with a clean body, mind and sole that make my day. I have been doing home healthcare on and off for over 25 years. I enjoy what I do when I 'm doing it. I have taken breaks from it due to putting my all into it and getting burn out from time to time but I always come back to it because it what I like to do.
