I'm on call so when I get the it could be to clean their house, or to clean or change a diaper ,or to fix their meals and feed them and do laundry . Anything that they ask. The only problem is one week I might work 10 hours or another one is 26 hours. They hire every week maybe 10 -15 people and their is not enough hours for the oldest ones.
