What makes me a great caregiver is I'm extremely understanding and very reliable. I was offered a job 2 and a half years ago as a home care aide from my cousin through a local company it was just supposed to be temporary and I ended up really liking what I was doing and stuck with it for a little over 2 years but wasn't getting paid enough.
