I decided to become a caregiver to gain experience on caring for other before I become a registered nurse. I feel that having a caring nature is very important in the healthcare field and becoming a caregiver is a great way to master that skill. I love being able to help those that aren't able to help themselves anymore. It's such a humbling experience to help others with tasks that are often taken for granted.
