I knew right away that it was the field I wanted to be in, because of the way I felt at the end of each day. In a word, I felt fullfilled. Like what I was doing made a difference. I have experience as a certified DSP (Direct Service Provider) in a Workshop setting and also as a PSW (Personal Service Worker) in home settings. I assist Clients with personal needs, help them with everyday life skills, Transport Clients including those in wheelchairs and have been told that I'm great company and funny....
