I most enjoy the internal gratification I feel for helping someone in need, and being able to minimize their stress, concern, or worry and I like they feel safe and comfortable with me. My personal achievement is having the families express heartfelt gratitude about my care for their loved one and when they report to my employer how much they appreciate me, and when they tell others about me so I can assist them too.
