The reason I wanted to become a caregiver is because the generation of seniors are the ones who shaped and fought for what we have now. I wanted to give back and let them know they aren't alone and they are loved and appreciated. What I love most about being a caregiver is getting to serve and give love. Elderly need love and I have seen how being a companion improves their mental health!!
