Provided labs to physician once they were performed and done correct documentation in patients file for physician to properly diagnose and report to patient the pertinent information. Separated blood samples from serum, plasma into correct vials for PT/INR, CBC, CMP, Lipid, A1c, with some fasting glucose tests Testosterone, TSH, FSH a few different drug panels per the psychiatrist physician for proper evaluations and studies on patients. Faxing, charting with documentation necessary upon patients visit and scheduling out for other evaluations if necessary. EKG's performed, ear irrigation performed,vitals,height,weight, and bmi all documented per MA requirements.HIPPA compliant, OSHA standards and precautions taken, CPR, BLS certified along with Medical Assistant/Phlebotomy certification.
